Pics from Road Atlanta today

Well, just got back from Road Atlanta DE. Had a great time. Mike Feinstein from this board was there driving also, Ill let him post his events. Anyway, we had the usual spins and such, but one car "exploded his engine" to say the least, which dumped oil all over the track and then proceeded to catch on fire. BIG fire,.... Im talking about movie stuff. The trail of oil leading back at least 1/4 mile was on fire as well as the bottom of the car. And one bad wreck, where a superfast early 911 came up on a slow moving (mechanical) car in the midst of traffic(blind side behind a crest on the road), swerved to miss him got a wheel off, went into a slow spin and basically slammed into the wall at 120 mph. He was fine, but obviously pissed off and car was totaled. He hit so hard that it actually snapped the transmission in half. Anyway, here are some pics of my car, Mike F's car, the wrecked car, and some other cup cars and a GT2 that was there,. and oh yes, a Corvette motor in a 944!!

Nope! its a 944 with a corvette motor in it. Very nicely done, and quite fast!
