1974 ROW Carrera (Will not start)

Good Morning Everyone,

I just pulled my 1974 Carrera out of the garage. It fired up just fine, but now will not start. I can hear the fuel pump kicking on, and the battery has plenty of power, but when I turn on the key the starter is not engaging. It did this too me about a week ago but after turning the key off and then back on it fired right up. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
Jeff

Tap the starter with a hammer and try again. If it starts, get a new starter.

Sweet! I recommend the hi torque starter sold here. Its small, lights and sounds great.
