Video commercials and how-tos are a great idea. This looks to be very early in the development cycle. Luccia will get better at this after some work. The audio is very uneven. The final installation of the bracket is only seen for about 3 seconds and from one angle. Customers will want to see how it is installed/secured. Not everyone will click on the "link boxes" in the video. A certain competitor in OH does a pretty good job with their marketing videos. Video production talent should be easily available in your neck of the woods.

Looks like a great addition to Pelican. As a professional cameraman I have one bit of advice, DO NOT LET THEM USE THE BUILT-IN CAMERA MIC, EVER. Not yelling, just strongly trying to emphasize the MOST important thing in video production. Looks nice though; good lighting, framing, color, white balance etc. As was done, judicious use of tripod is best, especially if filming with a small DSLR as I assume it was. Nothing worse then shaky footage. Looking forward to more!

..and I'll be checking the audio ;-)

+1 Pit stop with Luccia :D

How'd you get a Jersey Girl to move to CA?

I like it, agree on the audio needing work. Luccia is refreshing. It would probably be good to see a variety of Pelican faces on here doing jobs applicable to their skill levels and areas of expertise.

Cool, How about using our videos :D, Like Jack Olsen as Director???

I just got my iPhone Tripod with remote

This was shot with what we had in the shop. I just ordered a new Canon semi-pro camcorder along with a set of 3 wireless mics that should solve that audio problem. This was shot in a single afternoon just as a test to see what could be done with a minimal amount of $$$ and time...

Wayne could call the show the bill, or is it the beak? Whatever Pelicans have ? Might be a beak or a bill, regardless it's the part that makes noise.

Haha.... We ALL know Pelican's have the longest " BILLS"...... lol
