Any Pelicans in or around Panama City FL?
I'm looking at a car and could use a pair of friendly eyes on it. If its all that and a bag of chips, then I will also be looking for PPI recommendations in the area.

Panama city should raise your skepto-meter... I would proceed with caution. Having spent quite a bit of time there recently I probably would not buy a classic car from that area.
