5-point Sub Strap Hole?

I have checked the archieve but didn't find my answer.
I am looking to put some better bolstered seats in the old girl on the cheap. It seems that good ole eBay and others have some good seats (even SRD's) used for good prices.
However none of these or their knockoffs have sub belt holes. I would like to go with 5 point harnesses. Due to recent threads, I don't want to run the belt over the front of the seat. Plus ordering them new is cost prohibitive until after quarterly taxes.

SO, have any of you made your own sub belt hole in the seats? Did you reuppholster the bottom, or make some sort of sleeve?

Help, advice, pictures, and off hand comments always welcome.
Thanks

on a corbeau clubman, I...

just cut a slot through the bottom boslter. There was a conveneint crack between the 2 bolsters, and I just cut through there, and sealed the fabric with some elmers glue so it wouldn't unravel
