LWB Rear wheel bearing puller
Hi, I have seen some of the threads for make shift bearing pullers but is there someone that makes one just for pulling rear wheel bearing out of a 1971 911? I have steel control arms not aluminum ones.
Thanks, Mike ![]() |

The pullers made with electrical conduit couplers and all thread work fine. Did both bearings on my steel control arms without any problems.

Hey Wade, that's exactly what I was thinking! I just haven't been able to get them because of the holidays.
Thanks |

Hey Wade what sizes did you use? I know the outer has to be big enough for the bearing to fit into, what about the back side?
Thanks, |

Hey Wade, I ended up having a bearing puller/installer made by a buddy. I am probably going to have some of these made if there is any interest.

That's really a nice setup. I just used an air hammer to get mine out.

Has anyone used one of these 3 claw type pullers? is it strong enough?
