Got MIG?

Anyone in the SF Bay area with a MIG willing to help me out putting a patch on this:



It's a strange looking opening. Under close inspection it doesn't appear to have rusted through. The edges of the opening are crisp, almost looks like a rough cut or tear. The metal is solid.

This is the front wheel well. You can see the three bolt mounting boss for the front of the control arm, removed.
