Matt!

It's all coming along. I'll have a day off on Wednesday, so I'll join you down at John's and see what help I can offer. I'll bring the digital camera so that we can update more rapidly!

Good to see it coming along so swiftly! Can't wait to drive it!

You'll have to make a new website when it's all done!

Hey, Matt! Did John get your old 'scrap' 7R case cleaned up and ready to reuse in another monster 2.7-2.8 engine?

Looks excellent - what an excellent opportunity (well I guess it is costing you )

Am super-keen to find out if the remarkable power outputs are true, cause if it is, it might be worth the freight to get him to rebuild an engine for me to ship back to New Zealand..... should I ever save up enough cash...

Warren,

I'm going to try and get some cash for the old 7R case. It's going to be sold as a re-studded and line-bored case, so it should fetch me a tidy sum.

The old case is from my previous Porsche which is now owned by Mr. Adam Chaplin.

Cam,

John is retiring in a couple of years, but will continue to rebuild motors on his ranch at a substantially discounted rate.

Well, thanks guys for reading the entries! Stay tuned for more!

Cool

Warren,

I was sorely tempted to "take the plunge" and get my hands on Matt's 7R and put it back in it's original car. Maybe go for tuned programmable EFI (Motec) with tall MFI Style intake stacks and Matt's old ARIAS pistons.

But the flipside of that coin is that I want to buy a house too! Gotta prioritize, sadly. At this early stage of my life, I can't have everything I want!

Have a great weekend!

Matt, what kind of dollars (Aussie) will you be chasing for the case? I might be interested, if I can work out how to hide evidence from my wife!

Cheers
