Prototipo Steering Wheel Deal $199

There's a lot of talk about this wheel too. Is there any interest in this wheel at $199 for the wheel, plus $65 for the adapter...

Let me know, I gotta buy 12 or so to get them at this price...

Here is a link to a pic of the wheel:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=1871384454

These are the same wheels that others are selling for $375...

Sounds good Wayne, I'd be interested in one.
I have a Sparco wheel now with a 6 bolt adapter.
Would I still need the Momo adapter?

Is this what you see on early 70's factory race cars?

Wayne,
Another great deal on a wheel? I just ( about an hour ago over lunch) installed the 930S wheel I purchased from you. If it wasn't for that I would probably go for this wheel.
Thanks again by the way for the great $ on the 930S wheel, it left some money for other much needed items.

wow, 113 views and 4 checked the poll.

A good example of how representative polls are. . .75% of PelicanHeads want the wheel.

Is the Momo hub the same for this wheel as it would be for other Momo wheels.

Wayne, I was one of the "no thanks" votes....but I did just mail the thread off t a few folks I knew might be interested. I'm guessing you'll get enough orders...just hang in a spell.

Hello,

Sorry Wayne, I was misinformed on the hub adapter. The MOMO hub adapter will work. See what happens when you get second hand information.

So, If you have a worn MOMO/SPARCO wheel and are sick and tired of it already, this is a GREAT deal! I've got my name on one!

Prototipo...THE sports wheel for the early 911. 930S wheel for the bumpercars. You know, I really thought of this buy...but I didn't want to go too far down the road of unoriginality. Sure hope the market turns around soon...I NEED an early 911 hotrod, and spending a buck on a lottery ticket didn't work...
