Early 993 or 993 RS or 996 GT3 Cup. Length would tell me. Darn near useless without the mating idler gear for 1st gear. I have 4 of them here. They are special ratios and if first gear idler is gone you can't take one from a normal street car shaft. The special part of them other than the ratio is that you alter your 2nd gear ratio for particular tracks or engines.
