Racing tire question for Pelicans

Hi all, I was hoping some Pelican may have the answer to my problem:

Any racing tires in 17" size that will fit a 14" wide rim?
After destroying my IROC replica at WGI last year, I am planning a full widebody RSR (not IROC) and am faced with hard choices:

A) Save money and use existing 17" CCW centers/Brembo brakes, etc. Problem is I can't find 17" tires that are any wider than 335, which will only fit a 12 rim max. Does anyone know of slicks sold by any tire companies that will fit a 14" wide rim? I thought Goodyear may have something in their classic line, but after looking again, I don't think so.

B) Go retro 15" and have several sources for the tires for the 14" wide rears. Paul from Braid has already said that they (Braid) can make a custom rim that wide. This will require brakes as well (Zuffenhaus RSR's hopefully), which is nice, but $$$$!

Hopefully someone knows of something. I've been through the Goodyear, Hoosier, Dunlop, Avon, Michelin, etc. tire catalogs with no luck.
