MFI idle

I have a 69 911E MFI that runs very well, but the idle acts funny. When the car is cold, the idle is very low, under 1,000 rpm, when the engine is hot the idle is above 2,000 rpm. If i bring the idle down with some load, and then remove the load, it creeps back up to over 2,000 rpm.

Any thoughts, Thank you.

Vacuum leak or throttle body wear? Is your vacuum advance mechanism weak? Is your throttle cable binding?
Do you have the MFI Manual for Checking and adjusting?
