4-Way Aux Air Hose 1981 CIS

After diagnosing the massive vacuum leak on my 1981 SC, I am in need of a 4-way hose that connects between the decal valve, the aux air regulator, the aux air valve, and the intake boot.

I see where Pelican parts sells a 3 way version for earlier models, but I can't fins a 4-way anywhere. Has anyone seen a source for this part? The fallback plan is a bunch of generic air hose and tees.
