accessing wiper motor assembly

Need to access the wiper motor assembly. Hacve taken off the cover and removed the fresh air blower assembly. Need to figure out how to remove the fresh air blower plastic duct work blockining the wiper motor. Thanks Jerry

Pull the tac and speedo out for additional access from inside.

Yes, did that and seen what I believe to be the problem that is making the noise. But I need to remove the plastic fresh air duct to access the assembly. Looking for the correct way to pull the plastic ductwork out
