Rear torsion tube tunnel rust

I removed my entire suspension and will be installing an all new suspension. I havent decided on any components yet. So when i removed the rear torsion bars both tubes had lots of rust. It looks like the seating for the inner bushing is gone, is this a problem? Can this be fixed? How? What other options do i have since ill be replacing everything.
