Cylinder order 1971 Porsche 911

Before I started searching on the web, I was pretty sure, that the cylinder order was:

1,2,3 driver side (left side, when looking at the engine), starting from back of the car going forward.

4,5,6 passenger side (right side, when looking at the engine), starting from back of the car going forward.

Is this correct?
