78 SC Charger/Power Port for Radio Hole

I have taken the radio out of my car and would like to install a nice looking set of charger/power ports for phone, GPS, radar detector .... in the hole that remains. Something simple and clean on an aluminum or black plate would look nice.

For those of you who may have done this, is there an out of the box solution you can suggest I purchase before I start inventing my own set up?

I am not that interested in using the cig lighter since a) it is to big for standard plug ins and b) I need to fill the radio hole anyway.
