Announcing the 911SC Cabriolet Registry!
http://s18944.storage.proboards.com/...wqnlkfO1c0.png
It's been in the concept stage for 7 years (since I got my cabriolet) and I've been collecting vehicle information from public sources (car sales, other registry sites, etc) for both US and ROW cars. 911SC Cabriolet Registry The idea is to capture, preserve and share information and history for these special first year Cabriolets/last year 911SC Porsches. I literally just got the site up today and have a lot of work to do to post the historical information I have, add the actual registry information and add forms to capture registry info from members. I also need a lot of graphics - drawings of cabs and especially photos. And stories - I'd like to add a blog. Especially if you are an original owner, your history should be preserved! I'd love to get as much help as possible. This is a labor of love, not a commercial entity. At some point it would be great to publish an annual calendar with photos of our cars or maybe window decals or t-shirts. But there is lots of work to do first! Cheers, Michael |
Micheal,
Great. As mentioned on another thread, I did "kind off" track down the first 10 CAB and now it will be fun to see where everybody is. Merci, JJ |
Yes, I am going to add that info too. I am working on how best to format the registry info I've collected. I'd like to get that up tonight.
cheers, Michael |

I'm sure you have seen Simon's site. The listing by VIN is easy to see who is who in the Zoo... |
Well, guess what! I got both the ROW and US registry data uploaded!
I do plan to put in place holders for unallocated cars. |
Look great. Thanks for your work.
