SWF parts repair?

Anybody know of parts repair service for a wiper switch and wiper motor.
The switch needs new insulation in the circuit that activates the wipers when the washer motor is used.

The wiper motor needs a new gear disc as shown at left in picture.

I spent $400 in replacement parts so I'm looking at recycling them.
