spark plug resistance question.

Hi Guys. I replaced all the spark plugs in the 911, and out of habit used the multimeter to test resistance. All the car spark plugs had no resistance. I also bought a spark plug for a motorbike (Honda XR 400R) which is a NGK and has an R next to the NGK, and the type number of DPR8Z. I resistance tested the plug and it had a resistance of 5.6 ohms with the meter on 20k. Is this normal or should it have no resistance like the car spark plugs? Thanks, Bill.
