Recaro Pole Position Question

Does anyone have a photo showing Recaro PPs in a 74-89 911, from the front or rear? I am interested to know how much width is available to each seat before contacting either the interior on the outside or the other seat on the inside. I am looking at some bucket seats similar to the PP, but they are 4cm wider at the "wings". They are 600mm at their widest point, where the PPs are 560mm, according to the dimensions I found below. Seems like 600mm might be pushing it if the PPs are cramped?

Bump. I've seen another dimension diagram where the PP is shown as 580mm at the widest point...

Thanks JJ, I just updated the thread you posted to include some additional pictures from my build thread.
Now all the recaro stuff can now be found in the one link that you posted.

Wayner - thanks for the new pics! If you have a chance, could you please confirm the width of 560mm, seen in the 1st pic I posted? Thanks!

I just measured the wings shoulder to should at 21 1/2 "

The space between the two seats at the wings is approximately 3"

For reference, i found out that the seats my buddy has in his 72 are Sparco evo 2.

The Sparco evo IIs (the wide a$$ ones) overlap at the wings by about 2 inches.

He has them staggered so that the passenger sits a bit further back so they do not contact.
