Replaced coupler bushings and have a question.

After installing the bushings I purchased from Pelican Parts I am not getting the the wiggle of the coupler in 5th gear as per the instructions from the tech articles on this board. Its a big improvement in shifting from the way it was. It used to be hard to get in 2nd gear without hesitating in neutral. What happens if there is no wiggle? Which part of the coupler do I need to adjust to get the wiggle?

what is the wiggle?

TimT, You repeated my question.

Dennis Kalma and Bob Tindel posted a very helpful article on the Guest Technical Artlicle on Pelican Parts and said that the coupler should have a wiggle in 5th gear.
BTW, thats great that you have had 3 Porsches, but you have not had the full experience until you experice the wiggle.

I think the idea is to have no wiggle in first or second and a tiny bit in fifth. So you might need to adjust it slightly more towards the right or left as opposed to fore or aft to achieve this.
