Brad Penn - Shelf life?
I just bought two cases of Brad Penn from a buddy that just sold his RSA track car.
Is there a shelf life on this oil? Will it be good for a few years? I put very low mileage on my car, so it is not like I will use it fast. I honestly do not want to start a long debate, as I know the "Oil Debate" can sometimes become quite heated.

I just Googled: "What is the shelf life of partially synthetic motor oil?" A number of articles are there. Here's one: What is the Shelf Life of Synthetic Motor Oil?
If the bottle is sealed you can expect 2-3 year. But they recommend you shake the bottle as some of the additives can settle. I have a case of Brad-Penn 20W50 on hand at all times and it never gets over a year or so old. Tom |
