Weber intake question
Gang,
I'm selling my Weber intakes in favor of properly sized ones for my 46's. I need to keep the linkages and in this picture, the bell-crank shaft is pressed into the intake body. If I buy a set of 46mm PMO or other intakes, will they come with this shaft (see picture and arrows)? What about the linkage? Since PMO only does business by fax, I imagine their customer service isn't stellar, can someone recommend a place to get a 46mm set of intakes? Thanks! http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploads/pintakes.JPG |
Despite the secret handshake required to get in, I've found Richard from PMO is good to deal with.
Send a fax telling him what you need, you'll get a phone call in short order to sort it out. |
Didn't know that they would communicate back by phone! Thanks Chuck!
Why do they only take faxes inbound, that's strange stuff there! :) |
Chris... Richard would be answering phone calls all day from non-customers if he took in calls.. and he is a class act to deal with..I never faxed him, but I did stop by his home to let him know I'm not going to waste his time..it cost me some hell of a fuel bill..LOL...............Ron

I have a set of intake manifolds for 46s for sale. They have the rod you highlighted installed. Pics at: http://members.rennlist.com/tweedt/manifolds.jpg http://members.rennlist.com/tweedt/manifoldsback.jpg Bead-blasted and freshly ported- like new. E-mail me if you need them. TT |
