My 911 Targa is in excellent mechanical condition, good body with limited battle scars and all original interior. Driver's seat bottom cushion tearing and needs repair at this point. Would like to keep the all original value but challenged with driver and passenger combo leather/vinyl seats. Should I repair seat with Porsche leather and have both seats dyed to original color at about $800. which may be short term benefit though seats seem generally Ok at this point. Other option is just replace both seats with Porsche leather in original color at higher costs for long term benefits and better appearance. Suggestions welcomed since may not keep car much longer and would like best resale value.
