How do you clean your Motive?

How do you clean your power bleeder when you’re finished. I found getting in to all of the little nooks and crannies next to imposable. Is there a cleaning solution that I can run through that wont have a negative reaction with the brake fluid?

Brake fluid, like Ate Super Blue are glycol based and are soluble in water. I clean my Motive with water and let dry thoroughly.

Same here, just wash everything out in hot water and let it air dry.

I was worried about using water as the brake fluid is hydro-scopic. (sic) I guess as long as I get it completely dry…

Thanks to all.

I just clean it in the sink with water, like the others. I also take it apart somewhat (take the hose off, etc) to let it dry.

I might not do that if I were planning on using it the next day or something, but given that it probably goes a year or so between uses, there is plenty of time to completely dry out!

Sorry, a little off topic, but what is the best step by step procedure for using the Motive to bleed brakes? I've read at least two different ones.
