Can you name this seal?

I finally got around to putting my SC back together (4 years later). Can any one identify the seal below? I was under the impression it was a door seal.

Thanks for the spot check.

My second question now is why is the door no where near flush when the seal is installed? Is my door alignment way off or do I have the wrong seal (targa vs coupe vs cab)?
