Advice pls - ventilation update - need to keep dash off?

Hello folks -

I am about done with my interior update. The "last" two mini tasks would be to install the dash and then of course the windscreen.

Next on my agenda is the cold / hot ventilation mechanism update / front hood cleanup. Some of the components are not working, the tubes are cracked etc, so i want to update the whole lot.

Question: I know many folks have done this before - but have you done it with dash / window in, or with the two components off??? I dont want to start dismantling the ventilation mechanisms under the hood, only to find that i have to remove the dash, or any other big component in order to get to others etc...

Thanks!

You can do all of that work with the dash in place. The center vent is really the only thing that interfaces with the dash, and that goes in after the dash is installed.
