Tightening Turbo Tie Rods
Is there a way to tighten the steering rack end of turbo tie rods without the special tool. Would you suggest a large pair of pliers? I am not even sure I have enough space with the special tool?
I also noticed the wheel end uses a lock nut as opposed to the notched nut with a cotter pin - are they all like this?

Vance:
Nylock nut is normal. I used my wrench for the spring plate adjuster bolts. If you don't have one, a head wrench from the local bicycle shop will work. TT Rods do make a difference. Good luck.

TIP: whichever way you go, put some blue locktite on the threads first before tightening as a safety measure.
