Rear window heater element
 
Does anybody know does the rear window heating element wires come in the new seal (my new one has no wires) or do i need to pull the old wiring out of the old seal and somehow put it in the new seal ???

No. You will have to put it in yourself. Pain in the butt. I skipped that part.

Also, you have a lot of "use the original part" advice coming. I did and it worked well.

Pull old wires carefully, it is mostly grunt work. Do mark locations, take pictures too!

The hot/signal wires from the rear glass disconnect from within the engine bay itself, down behind the relays/fuses on the left hand side. The ground wire(s), on the other hand, are bolted to a bolt near/behind the fuel filter. The wires, plug, and ground connection are much too large to easily fit through the grommet that lies between the engine bay and cabin. I ended up cutting and lengthening all lines from within the cabin to both repair prior shoddily done work (only soldering and heat shrink tubing for me) and to provide some spare slack next time work has to be done in the area.

If I had to do it all over again, I think I would've actually created my own plug set (male and female) to provide a quick disconnect from within the cabin.
