Post Bilstein Inserts

Can anyone give me some instructions on how to install new Bilstein Front Inserts. My old shocks are also Bilstein's. Thanks.

raise front tires off the ground 6". remove upper nuts inside trunk. they're gas filled so some effort is needed to pull them down and out the wheel well. pull off the horseshoe clip on the brake line mount in the wheelwell so as not to stress the line and move the metal line thru a bit. punch out the roll pin at the bottom of the strut and pull out the insert. clean any rubber damper bits out thoroughly. white grease the bushings and space between them and reassemble insert into strut. push down hard to collapse the insert and quickly move it under the upper mount hole. if you miss, repeat. easy.

Thanks John you also helped me out on the rear torsion bar that was stuck in the rear spring plate. A 3# sledge through the cap made quick work of it.
