Yes, you can swap them out... and yes, there is a difference.

The fronts will bolt on, but you'll need "custom" rotors that will accommodate the different offset of the caliper. Places like VCI or Rennsport Systems have these rotors and can put a whole set together if you like.

In the rear, you can use a stock 930 rotor, but the mounting holes are different from the 930, so the caliper needs to be machined with new holes to fit. You'll also have to grind one of the mounting tabs off of the suspension arm. Hard brake lines will also have to be replaced.

Of course, you'll need a 23mm master cylinder and removal of the proportioning valve.

Also, depending on wheels, you may have to shave the cooling fins off of the front calipers.

I've had this setup for about 15 years and love it. The car is rather over-braked now (if that's possible), which is a great thing for track use.

This is from memory, so I may have missed a piece or two... like I think there are a couple of spacers in there somewhere... probably in the rear.
