Sunday Nov. 24th, Turkey Run...
Head out to the Rose Bowl (Pasadena, CA) for the 2nd annual Drive and breafast meeting @ 7:30am. Meet in Parking lot "K" and run up the famous Angeles Crest Hwy. Will have donuts and coffee (MMARSH) for those willing to indulge. We will be driving the posted speed limits on the way "UP" & "DOWN" the Crest Hwy..

I'll have to see if my copilot can make it. I don't think I could do those Yellow Bird impressions around the turns and take video at the same time. He had enough trouble holding on w/o having to steer!

Hmmm, that's an idea. I think I would need about four cameras to get all those great angle shots.
Any one want to loan me their video camera so I can duct tape it to the outside of my car?

Sam is the camera entrepenour. I'm sure he has plenty of "loaners" that would be used to promote this very highly promoted activity....RIGHT SAM !!

So I talked to the really great boyfriend today at lunch and he thinks we may be able to make this run. Count a 91 C2 in as a maybe. Is there somewhere to stop and eat mid-point?

Dangit, I cant go. Right now I'm working Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays. I love having 4 days off but sometimes having to work on Sundays is a drag. Take lots of pictures.

Good News/ Bad News
I will be able to make it Sunday but my cameraman won't. He said I could use his video camera though, just no duct tape to the outside of the car allowed. So if I don't have anyone to film I'll just have to do the best I can. Anyone want to ride shotgun? I was thinking of attaching it to the dash and just following everyone up and back. I should get plenty of footage of everyone's cars when we are stopped of course. Curtis, what music did you have in mind for the video so I can get it downloaded?
