930 stock front bumper cooling vents
Has anyone done or seen the following front cooling vents / cutout setup?
I am intrigued by this as i think it is ingenious and the work on it seems profesional - wondering if this was a DIY / customization job (I assume so) or whether this setup is for sale somewhere... Apologies if i have used someone's picture here... ![]() |

I thought it would be a good idea, too. So after installing a Carrera cooler and electric fan with thermostat, I did this as well:

I believe you would be just as well served by enlarging the inlets under the bumper, and then you wouldn't have visible holes in the valance.

That is my 930. I used a cutting wheel some black screen and some auto door trim. Got more air to oil cooler (left) air condenser (center)......right vent is cosmetic.
