Whatever happened to the leather strap with a snap? Anyway...tried a golf tee?

I need this too... anybody have any extra's laying around?

The only problem is that this knob screws on to the release. To operate it you must PULL on it, not push.

Geez - I need one too, on the drivers side. Probably should get replacements for both sides as it seems they break regularly. Couldn't find it anywhere in Pelican. You can e mail them and ask if they have some in stock - the online catalogue only has a small percentage of their total parts.
