Post Road Dyno?

Has anyone ever used or heard anything about this Road Dyno thing?

Sounds pretty neat! I'm in the process of fine tuning my MFI and it sounds like this would be a fun tool to add to my box of toys.

What do ya'll think?

Brad

Well, the 'Home Dyno' sounds like the same kind of product as Pelican's own 'Street Dyno' ...

I've used "street dyno" and think it is great. If you plan on doing mods to get more power it is a great tool to see what improvements you are really making.

Yah I saw the street dyno software too, prett neat but seems like a pain to do quick back to back dyno runs. This one comes with all the hardware to do 4 minutes of runs - bring a laptop, load the dyno curves, observe, tweak the car, and go again! Its $149 with shipping, kinda expensive when you compare it to the free street dyno, but it seems far more functional and alot cheaper than a real dynojet in the long run - if I grab one I'll let ya'll know how it goes.

I've tried the home dyno product similar to the others but runs on a laptop. It takes it's pickup from an ignition lead into the audio pickup. Being just s/w it is quite cheap.

Mark.
