No spark, temp or speed sensor?

In a follow-up to this thread http://forums.pelicanparts.com/porsche-911-technical-forum/883487-86-3-2-stalling-almost-stop.html still having stalling / now won't start issues.

1986 3.2 was stalling, replaced DME car drove for 30 miles then stalled while driving and now will crank and crank and won't start.

1) Replaced DME

2) No Spark

3) Replaced Coil

4) Connections and grounds checked

Thinking either the Temperature Sensor II or Speed Sensor? How would I check these?

Anything else I can check before I start ordering sensors.

Replaced DME but NOT the DME relay..?

Went through 2 NEW DME relay before buying one that worked

All three, inclusive of the original fail, were able to fix by reflowing cold solder joints.

Sorry DME relay replaced, however just for the fun of it going to re-solder the original today and try it.

The DME relay controls fuel. The speed and reference sensors control spark IIRC. If by temp sensor you mean the cylinder head temp sensor I believe that only effect fuel mapping in the ECU but doesn't change spark.

Yeah I'm getting fuel no spark. Thinking going to buy the sensors and replace, this appears to be a good write-up on the CHT sensor replacement.

There are TWO relays inside the DME "relay" module, one supplies FP power, another supplies power to the DME ECU itsself.
