Replacing Window Channel Felt
 
I'm replacing the window channel felt and was wondering if I just place it in the frame or do I need to glue it in with glue or sealant.

It takes some effort but you just fit it into the groove on the frame. No glue needed as far as I could see. Make sure the slots are really clean or else the window may bind.
