No right rear turn signal but works with hazard!

I just installed the new turn signal flasher and I can now flash. :D However, the passenger side rear turn signal does not flash when the switch is set for the right turn. The front right signal blinks but not the rear. If I turn on the four-way flashers all four signals blink. I should add that all taillights are fine as are the brake lights.

I am confused as to why the hazard flashers light/blink the right rear light but not the right turn switch. Does anyone have an idea? I doubt it is a problem at the light since it is only a right turn signal problem, if the four-way flasher did not light/blink I would look at the socket. Could there be a problem at the turn signal switch? This has me stumped.

Thanks

Wouldnt the 4 ways channel thru the sig switch anyway? Pull the lense off the tail lite, and while you have the R turn flashing, give the bulb a little juggle/twist, etc. Maybe that'll help!

Unfortunately it is not the bulb. I have a 12-volt signal at the socket when the 4-way flasher is on but not when the turn signal is on. This seems like it should be simple and I think I am missing something. I am going to tear into this tonight and see what I can find.
