Fuel Issues

Hi Everyone -

All of a sudden I’m not getting fuel to my carbs. I’m using the original pump from when this engine was using MFI. It was just recently rebuilt and was working fine.

I have a pressure regulator in between the pump and the carbs, and it’s no longer registering any pressure however some fuel will get through. The pump turns on with the key like it should and makes noise, although it varies in pitch like it’s either not getting fuel or working harder than it needs to.

Do I have debris in the lines somewhere? Is it on the tank to pump side or pump to carbs side do you think? Or is my pump not working as it should? What tests can I perform to troubleshoot the issue better?

Thanks for any help you can give me!

Anyone have any basic suggestions for me? I really don't want to have to check every line for a blockage, but if that's what I'm up against so be it. I would think if there was a partial blockage that pressure would be spiked higher - not nonexistent due to the fact that I'm still getting a trickle of gas in there. Thanks in advance for any help you guys can give me!

FP test run.......

Test run the FP and do a volumetric test (flow rate). Or attach a pressure gauge to measure the delivery pressure. For all you know, the FP might be bad or defective. Test and confirm.
