dashboard trim
 

It appears as though our host does not sell the part I'm interested in. It's the dashboard piece that the stereo mounts into. Mine is in rough shape from the previous owner. Does anyone know where to get a replacement? 1974 911 2.7 litre.

and of course my cigarette lighter was taken by someone who must have needed it more than I did...

Certainly not at the dealer. They get over $400 for that piece. ( The facia that goes over to the steering column) Yours is boogered as well as the radio surround. Don't know which part you want. Try the used parts forum here.

Java dog, yes that's the piece I'm looking for, not the trim around the radio (sorry andoni510). How do we make this sale happen? Also, what goes in the small rectangular cut out area where I have a non-functioning Quartz clock? Fasten seatbelt? I don't have that either.

The cut-out had a seat belt warning light in it. It changed over the years, getting bigger and adding a brake warning light. Those can be a little hard to find, I'll look and see if I have one.
