1989 964 Carrera 4 motor reseal cost

I have 964 that has very low original mileage at 54K. It has been garaged under cover for many years with little use and I have started using it more recently. Oil began to seep from from what appeared to be the heads. The car runs perfectly and the compression is perfect across all cylinders. I just had the entire car serviced last year. Now it looks like I might need to reseal the engine.

I understand that some of the '89 cars did not have head gaskets. If that is the case and that needs to be machined, any idea what the cost is? Also what type of cost I can expect to do the overall motor reseal?

Thanks
