CIS Pressure testing

I received my CIS pressure testing kit today. I am looking to test all the system pressures and cannot find a link showing where to connect this gage. My injectors all seem to flow relative close to the same volume, but all 6 have slight drips when the pump is running and the air sensor plate is closed. Can I test these injectors with the same pressure kit?

you could probably connect the gauge up between the FD and the injector with the correctr fittings.
not sure if that would give you the correct opening pressure. i have not heard of anyone doing this or if it would help with your drip.
you need to check fuel mixture setting. too rich will make all injectors drip.

remove the line frmo the top of the WUR.
the gauge is connected between the WUR and the FD.
the shut off valve HAS to go on the side of the WUR. that way you can shut off the flow of fuel to the WUR to measure system pressure. just remember the fuel come out of the FD TO theWUR.

the pressure test can be done with the engine off.
remove the connector on the rear of the AFM to run the pumps. (you have your engine on a stand i think).
do cold first. unplug power to the WUR.
then connect power to measure hot.

CIS Pressure test

There are two lines on the WUR. Which line dies the gauge go in to. One goes to the center tap on the distributor, the other goes to a line in the side next to a large line (return I think)

It goes in line between the line from fuel distributor to WUR connection.
Just disconnect at Wur and install gauge and hoses to male and female fittings there. Line with Shut off valve on the wur side. Other hose to the line fitting.

Be more specific.......

What MY (model year) is your engine? Do you know the Bosch number (ID) of the WUR? It would help if you post some pictures of your WUR so we could direct you where and how to install the pressure gauge kit. As mentioned previously, the pressure gauge is connected between the WUR and FD, the shut off valve is positioned between the WUR and the pressure gauge tee connection.
