NoVa Fun Run #3 Pictures
Just wanted to say thanks to everyone who participated in today's event. We had 21 cars show up and it was quite a parade.
I look forward to seeing everyone at Fun Run #4 in the Spring. Here's a picture of us just before we hit the road:

Had a lot of fun today...it was a good group, and awesome roads. I can't wait to see what sorts of videos and pictures come out of this!
Any chance we could have everyone post their name and car details just so that I can place each person with their car (or in some cases, a person with a car). For instance, I'm Josh Pinkert, and I drove the White '87 Turbo with a Black '02 Labrador Retriever riding shotgun. Thx.

Today was a great day for driving and I had a blast. It was great to finally put some faces to some of the names I've seen on here. Thanks, Doug, for putting together a great route. Can't wait to do it again!

I'm jealous, guys! It looks like a nice turnout, especially so close to Thanksgiving. Lu and I had a fun run of our own...we'll soon have an early car in the garage.

Here are a few shots from the back of the pack.
Beautiful day, and a great route selection - many thanks Doug. Great news on the early car, Jim. Expect we'll see you and Lu driving on the next run??

Great pic's Tony! It looks like Doug E was trying to get everyone's feet wet. Wonder what that bridge looks like with the Spring runoff?
I think the next fun run Lu will drive her new 73E and I'll ride shotgun with the camera! Happy Thanksgiving!

Tony - great pictures, especially of the low water bridge! Who was it again this morning who said you can't drive and shoot at the same time ?
![]() Thanks for all the route compliments guys. If you can believe it I have plenty of other roads to use for future runs.

Doug Thanks for all the hard work and the obvious research on the roads. You found some great roads and I plan to save the route map for my own “Sunday runs” Kudos to you.
Some more to add to the thread, originals are 1.7 meg and I think I over compressed...

It sure was great meeting everyone! Hopefully we'll do run # 4 soon.
Here's a link to a video summary I made of today's run. http://demo.blinex.com/nova/NOVA2002.avi WARNING!! It's a huge .avi file (56MB, with cable modem it took me an hour to upload), but I hope you like it. ![]() Be sure to turn your speakers on when you watch it. If you just want to view pictures, go here: http://photos.yahoo.com/bc/mustangvu/lst?&.dir=/NOVA+2002&.src=ph&.view=t&start=1&.rand=112522422170 The picture attached is the title page of the movie.

I spied Mr Micklewait, but where's Mr Kelly in those pix? I gotta find out how he's able to drive and take pictures at the same time. Must be that aviation training, or sumthin. . .
