S Trim attachement points
Hoping someone can post pics of orig S trim attachment points. Have a 71 with S trim and bumper guards, removed for a repaint and in looking at the 2 rear pieces and front piece (pic attached), it looks as if there are no attachment points/bolts where the curved ends are.? Cannot remember if they were embedded in the rubber.? There is an opening and it looks like there may have been a stud in there at one time. Any help/fixes appreciated

Yours appears to be correct. There is not a stud closer to the end. I just did this.

Thanks Mark, I did come to that conclusion myself after I took another look at it. On your's, did you replace the rubber bumper strip or keep your original.? My original is decent but wondering if there is good repro out there.? Thx again

Annie was missing bumper and trim when I got her. The rim is new reproduction stuff.
