I don't think it looks too bad (less those pipes). Probably pretty fast and reliable???

I wondered how long it would take for my listing to pop up on this board. (I am still a "Pelican head.") I also know that some Porsche people find my car unappealing, and that's fine. Those who have chatted with me in the past know my reasons for the work that has been done on my car, which in my opinion is always a very personal thing, regardless of make.
My reason for selling this car, especially after the years of work thousands of dollars is exactly as I said. My sole client was in the WTC and when that went away, I have had to revert to independent contracting again and that requires me having to drive on a regular basis, which had not necessary for quite some time. For my situation, it makes no difference to me if I have a motocycle or a car, and I happen to like both Harleys and 300ZXTT's (and they have similar market value,) and since cars like mine fit in a niche market, my thinking is a trade may be more easily accomplished. All I know is that I will not let my Sunday-driver 912 get beat to death on the streets up here, so I am looking for cash or something else to get me around. And yes, it is VERY fast, and reliable. Hey Jordan,
No need to explain yourself. Building the car was a personal thing and so is selling it. Thanks for the posts on the 912 board, too bad that you are selling. ------------------ Adam White 68 912 Coupe |
Hey Jordan,
I think that's a great car. Sucks to hear that the WTC has hurt your career and forced you to sell. May I ask if you've documented the transformation anywhere on the internet so we can see how you did it? ------------------ Janus Cole 1980 911SC & 1987 944 |
