Does Anybody know where can I find it?
Dear Friends
Iīm rebuilding this 1976 911 coupe that i recently purchase, And I need to replace my CV boot, but my CV flange is not the stamped metal where the boot is clamped over it My flange is a very thick solid metal probably 5mm in thickness and the boot is installed inside the flange Any ideas where i can find the boot to buy and replace or worst case scenario the whole flange with the boot already inserted? I think pelican donīt carry them Thanks Ricardohttp://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1447284181.jpg http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1447284216.jpg |

I wonder if that old part is aftermarket? Pelican has the flange and boot together ($13 for aftermarket): Porsche 911 (1974-1989) - Axles, Bearings & Differential - Page 2

Itīs an old part the car is 76 and this one on the pelican is different, is the stamped type

That is an original style flange.
Just buy the complete boot/flange assembly. Pelican has them. EMPI or GKN/Lobro should be fine, though they're not quite as nice as the originals. This should be it: Pelican Parts - Product Information: 923-332-037-00-INT |
Nope, this one is the stamped tin, with the boot clamped over, mine is different
