Over Thanksgiving we took a drive up to San Simeon and made a visit to the Hearst Castle. The car ran great, the weather was good, but there was a lot of cops. On the way home we drove Hwy. 154. It's a nice road with not much traffic, great scenery, and enough room to drive fast.
Also, we replaced the stock shift knob today, with a MOMO Combat. The stock knob was a mother to get off and it cracked before it gave up. The Combat adds more grip and it really updates the car.

Sounds like a great day and welcome. I missed your introduction post. You live in a great place to get together with other P-car owners. I owned my car for five years and never met any other owners. Pelican has put me in touch w/ so many people, I love it. Stay tuned for get-togethers in So CA and I hope to meet you at one of them soon. Should have a big run in the spring.
BTW, I love it up there around Cambria, etc. If you haven’t yet, next time you’re up there check out Old Creek Road, it runs from the 1 to the 46.
