Post Will a 1970 911S dizzy fit my 1970 911T engine?

Bosch Part# 0-231-159-005 - 911 2.2S 1970

I have a 2.2T engine, same year as the above. Will this 2.2S distributor fit into my 2.2T?

Any mods to do for it? As it is pointless now, should i go with Pertronix or Crane pointless system? If so, which model.

Thanks!

Hello

The distributor will fit but has a to agressive curve for normal fuel.

recurving or set it back to a ping secure range but this will also lead to poorer performance.
