Gentlemen,
The 3.2 returns. After months of dismantling, sanding, painting, parts and head scratching here it is. I apologize for the quality of the picture. (If it actually appears!) What I find most distressing is that the PO was dumb enough to do a half-assed job of the conversion. The aluminium bumper guards under the bumper covers are missing! Also the aftermarket fiberglass items leave a lot to be desired too. Fit is terrible and and too many modifications made to bolt on. I replaced the broken front bumper with another fiberglass piece. In hindsight, I should've just purchased an OEM bumper and added a Ruf or Techart spoiler. My advice to anyone seeking to do conversions, buy OEM. I've learnt my lesson. Looking at the current situation now, it looks like 2nd hand parts for the car. Anyone with OEM C2 bumpers and aluminium guards for sale? Mikkel,
Sorry for that. Am at work and will dig up notes on posting picture tomorrow. You've been talking about your car in 911 & Porsche World but the picture of you is still the old one. When will you let us see your new paint job? |

Ouch you hit a soft spot there
I have mailed a photo to the magazine so I guess next time... Still I need to scan the best photos of my car, but I'm a bit lazy so I haven't done it yet.
